Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel room allocated based on my reduced mobility request was sterile and not welcoming, with dated furniture and uncomfortable mattress. Despite being quiet, the fridge was empty except for milk. The location was great, allowing easy access to public transport and attractions like Rundle Mall and the Entertainment Centre. The dining experience was average, with limited choices and somewhat expensive. The hotel offers some gluten-free and healthy options.
The hotel offers a lovely river view and great facilities, perfect for our event. However, the rooms were dark, small, and in need of updating. We also felt the need for a little kitchen sink area, cutlery, and a place to fill up water bottles.
The hotel had clean and extremely comfortable rooms, with better air conditioning and a great view. The staff were wonderfully helpful, making sure we got a room even without prior notification. The location was excellent, close to key parts of town, parks, and restaurants, perfect for exploring the Adelaide CBD. The dining experience was fair, though basic, and included in the room rate. Overall, a fantastic stay with minor dining limitations.
The hotel offers luxurious and comfortable accommodations with a great selection of breakfast options, but the room rates are a bit high. The rooms would benefit from a refresh, but overall, it's a nice place to stay, especially thanks to the excellent bathroom amenities and 5-star comfort. The only downside is the potential for a better view.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped and very comfortable, but also old and dated. The smell of cigarettes was a downside, and it definitely needs a refurb soon. However, the service was very friendly, professional, and helpful, managing to sort out an issue I had with a double booking satisfactorily. The location was excellent, close to both the city center and Adelaide Oval, but some aspects of the hotel's appearance left a bit to be desired. The dining options were good overall but could use a bit more variety.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, and filled with modern amenities. The service from the staff was top-notch, always obliging and friendly. The location was a big thumbs up factor, convenient to various attractions and right on the river. The dining experience was very good, although a bit on the pricey side. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch, with friendly and professional staff attending to every need. The location was perfect for our trip, being very accessible and convenient. The dining experience was excellent with a lot of choices and efficient service. Overall, a great value for money with luxury amenities and a fantastic view.
